Provide technical assistance and telephonic support for remote monitoring to intel customers.
Monitor and support ticket workflows.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and 4 years of customer service experience OR
Bachelor's degree and one year of Help Desk experience.
Approximate Salary Range: $50,700- 70,500
