Required Skills, Experience, and Education for Level II:
Ten (10) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required.
BS in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a BS.
Experience with the configuration and administration of common TDM and VOIP telephone call manager systems, such as the Nortel Meridian line of PBXs and Cisco Unified Call Manager. Large-scale implementation experience with Cisco Voice in a multi-cluster environment and data networking infrastructure. Working knowledge of H.323 and SIP. Familiar with Cisco UCS platforms, voice gateways, virtualization, and ESXi.
Required Clearance: Candidate must have a TS/SCI polygraph clearance
DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification
