Day Hours - Monday-Friday 7pm-3am; OR Sunday-Thursday, 7am-3pm
Group: Remote Operations
Key Responsibilities:
● Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
● Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
● Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
● Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
● Want a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
● Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.

Requirements:
HS or GED And 15 yrs OR
Bachelor's and 10
IAT I Certification

Approximate Salary Range: $80,400- $91,300
