Tier I Help Desk OPENING!
Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph Security Clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
Day Hours: Mon-Fri
-Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and /or systems hardware and software.
-May provide guidance to less-experienced co-workers.
-Applies basic diagnostic techniques to ID problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
-Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
-Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.
Must have HS /GED and 5 years of experience OR
BS and 0 years of experience.
Mandatory Skills:
Customer Service
ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience
IAT Level I or higher CompTIA Network + CE certification or must acquire within 6 months of start date.
Approximate salary range is: $50,800- $57,100
