Great opportunity for an Administrative/Training Specialist with excellent customer service skills and MS Office Suite proficiency.
 
Will provide administrative support and customer service to Curriculum Managers, Instructors and Students at the Associate Directorate of Education and Training (ADET) in Linthicum Heights, MD.
 
Must hold current TS/SCI security clearance and have an active polygraph.
Will take CCA candidates!

Prepare and maintain documents/files/folders.
Record and Maintain data records in Databases.
Prepare and maintain schedules.
Prepare and deliver briefings.
Initiate, track and conduct follow-up for tasking.
Validate requirements.
 
-send out welcome letters in support of synchronous learning events
-reserve  rooms in support of synchronous learning events
-coordinate site visits or field trips for a program or learning event
-test the audio/visual (A/V) equipment and computer systems
-track completion of pre-work from students
-generate course syllabi
-provide the administrative remarks to the students, i.e., standard opening remarks, course evaluation process,  etc. 
-track down student“no shows” and record it in ELM (database) and ATTRS
-advise the Curriculum/Program Manager of possible changes in course requirements  (enrollment increases, facility changes, etc.) 
-submit requests to obtain new course designators
-enroll/withdraw students
-prepare course/event completion certificates and obtain appropriate signatures
-prepare and maintain course folders in the shared drive
-prepare and maintain official hard copy course folders
-communicate with external students in the Intelligence Community (IC)
-set-up student and instructor computer accounts/passwords
-submit requests to clean-up files on computer systems after each class. 

Level I requirements:
  • One (1) year experience participating in a synchronous learning environment
  • Must have a TS/SCI clearance and have taken a polygraph.
  • Four (4) years in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. EXCEL, Word and PowerPoint) and have basic application troubleshooting skills.
  • Four (4) years of customer service skills/principles.
  Level II requirements:
  • One (1) year experience participating in a synchronous learning environment
  • Must have a TS/SCI clearance and have taken a polygraph.
  • Four (4) years in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. EXCEL, Word and PowerPoint) and have basic application troubleshooting skills.
  • Four (4) years of customer service skills/principles.
Level III requirements:
Must have specific skills to show a minimum of six (6) years experience in customer service principles (i.e. planning and scheduling, presentation and briefing techniques, problem solving strategies/methods, record keeping, writing styles (writing for different audiences, technical, non-technical, etc.),
 
Classroom use of computers and internet, issue/problem resolution, operating general office equipment, organizational leadership, organizational representation, teaming, time management; reports and documentation. (minimum of six (6) years)
 
Must have web content management experience or database experience. 2 years minimum.
 
Must have proficiency in MS applications, a minimum of six years of experience.
