Help Desk Specialist III

The Help Desk Specialist will provide support to the various end users by managing the ticket system, ensuring tickets are clearly submitted with enough information to allow for the help desk to properly support the end user, and maintain proper metrics of their ticket support to help the stakeholders ensure the best service possible.

Serves as the initial point of contact, globally for access to the Enterprise IT environment.
Interacts with IT users to resolve technical issues; responds to queries and completes service requests that originate by phone, web-based portals, email or other methods.
Reads, writes, and implements standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
Three years working experience in Microsoft Office applications

BS + 5 yrs of exp
AA and 7 yrs of exp
HSD/GED and 9 yrs of exp
MS and 3 yrs of exp

Dr and 1 yr of exp

Must have a TS/SCI with active Polygraph in order to be considered for the position.
