Immediate need for an Experienced Sourcer to work remotely supporting our woman-owned small business in the Columbia, MD area. We are a provider of Cybersecurity solutions to the Intelligence Community. The successful candidate partner with the recruiting team to deliver full-service sourcing and research support for a variety of technical roles across the organization. This role is critical to driving our organizational growth!

Job responsibilities include:
  • Deliver high impact to building qualified fully-cleared candidate pipeline who hold up to TS/SCI Poly clearances through solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Partner with our team to create and implement appropriate sourcing strategies for active and future requisitions.
  • Execute sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals etc), managing candidate experience through the sourcing process.
  • Utilize appropriate Social Media sourcing and branding tools to support with talent attraction.
  • Participate in researching, gathering competitive intelligence on market industry trends, technical and functional skills, locations, and financial scope.
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, qualifications and organizational fit, and present those qualified to management for review for possible interview.
  • Min of 2 years of technical recruitment experience
  • Min of 2 years of sourcing experience recruiting a variety of Cyber Security professionals
  • BS preferred
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting highly cleared candidates up to TS/SCI with Polygraphs
  • Must have prior or current experience working in an agency environment
  • Strong record of building and maintaining client relationships and partnerships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills.
  • Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility to work surge hours as required
  • Experience with high volume recruiting
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
  • Self motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communicator, able to learn and articulate effectively and efficiently
  • Experience with tools for organizing, managing, tracking hiring activities
  • Must be a US Citizen.
