TS/SCI with POLYGRAPH clearance necessary!

HOURS: 
M-F 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm.
Training M-F 7am-3pm for up to 3 months

       
Position Description:  
 
● Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
● Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
● Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
● Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
● Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
● Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.


Mandatory Skills:    
Hardware
Remote Assistance
Remote Desktop
                                                                                                                                                     
*BS and 5 years of experience required. OR equivalent combo. OR
HSD/10 yrs exp.

 ***IAT level II or higher Certification: IAT Level 1 certificate is required within 6 months of start date.
