Tuesday - Saturday: 1400-2200 OR 1500-2300/OR 600-0000!
Sunday – Thursday: 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm!
● Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
● Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
● Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
● Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
● Looking for a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
● Able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
Required Skills:
Customer Service ,Data Entry, MS Office, Windows
Desired Skills:
Active Directory, ServiceNow Ticketing System

BS and 10 years of experience required. OR equivalent combo. HSD/15 yrs exp.
*IAT level II or higher Certification:
CompTIA A+ CE OR CompTIA Network+ CE
